Refunds and Cancellations Policy
This Refunds and Cancellations Policy applies to all subscriptions, platform plans, and recurring service packages purchased from Rapid Rollouts LLP. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
1. No Cancellation After Purchase
Once a subscription is purchased, it cannot be cancelled by the subscriber during the active billing cycle. This includes monthly, quarterly, annual, and custom enterprise subscription commitments unless explicitly covered by a separately signed agreement.
2. No Refunds Policy
All subscription fees and activation payments are non-refundable once payment is successfully processed. Since plan benefits, reserved infrastructure, and support capacity are provisioned immediately or as per scheduled activation terms, refunds are not offered for partial usage, non-usage, or change of business preference.
3. Plan Downgrade Requests
Any request to downgrade a plan is subject to the sole discretion of Rapid Rollouts LLP. Approval, effective timeline, eligibility conditions, and revised commercial terms (if any) will be determined case-by-case after operational and contractual review. Downgrade approval is not automatic and should not be presumed.
4. Subscription Start and Activation Timeline
- Subscription plans take effect immediately upon successful purchase, or at the end of the trial period where trial-to-paid transition is specified during plan purchase.
- Where trial conversion terms apply, billing and plan activation happen according to the checkout terms accepted at time of order.
- The subscription start date cannot be moved to a later date once the order is confirmed.
5. Auto-Renewal and Recurring Billing
Unless stated otherwise in a custom contract, subscriptions may renew automatically for the next billing cycle. It is the subscriber's responsibility to review renewal dates and billing frequency at purchase. Any change request must be submitted in advance and remains subject to policy and approval rules.
6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without prior support resolution, Rapid Rollouts LLP reserves the right to temporarily suspend associated services, user access, and support coverage during investigation. Confirmed misuse of dispute workflows may lead to account-level restrictions as permitted by law and contract.
7. Service Scope and Commercial Changes
Plan features, fair-use limits, support SLAs, and commercial structures may evolve over time to maintain service quality and operational viability. Any material updates apply prospectively and are communicated through official channels or at renewal, as applicable.
8. Exceptions
Exceptions, if any, are valid only when provided in a written and signed agreement by an authorized representative of Rapid Rollouts LLP. Verbal commitments, informal messages, or assumptions do not override this policy.
